Fitness Pilates is designed to complement other fitness disciplines, clinical Pilate’s sessions and small group classes whose aim is rehabilitation, therefore, becoming an excellent feeder class for members wanting a more specialised form of Pilates.

We focus on realigning the body and mind, core strength, flexibility & mobility.
