Over 6 weeks we will guide you through 3 home exercise programmes designed to include your baby as part of your exercise routine. There is also optional assistance in lifestyle and nutrition management throughout the course.

A fun exercise class for mums with buggies incorporating cardio & circuit style workout specific to the post natal lady. This price of this is the same as all other classes.
