Class Descriptions

Fitness Yoga

This class incorporates stretch, strength and yoga postures. Anyone taking part in a fitness yoga class can expect to greatly improve their flexibility, strength and shape. You will learn how to identify the body’s stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve posture and move with more confidence.

Fitness Pilates

This runs as a progressive 6 week course. We will focus on realigning the body and mind, core strength, flexibility & mobility.
